«Siberian Glass Company», CJSC purchased a Novosibirsk Factory «Stekloinvest».
Since April 3, 2009 «Stekloinvest», LLC is to continue its business operation under the name «Siberian Glass Company — Ob», LLC.

«Siberian Glass Company» production branch in Novosibirsk City is the modern glass processing factory located on the territory of more than 10 000 sq.m.

Technical capabilities

Insulating glass production:

Insulating glass assemblage is executed at automatic Bystronic line.

• production capacity — up to 1000m² of insulating glass units per 24 hours
• double and triple insulating glass units
• insulating glass units of awkward shape: arch, trapezium, triangle
• various glass bundling of insulating glass units: thermal control, tinted, reflective, multifunctional, self-cleaning, tempered, enamelled, laminated and decoratively filmed glass
• double sealing
• maximum sizes — 2 300×3 300mm, minimum sizes — 350×350mm
• argon gas filling
  

Glass processing:

«Siberian Glass Company — Ob» is equipped with a set of equipment that makes possible to render a whole range of sheet glass and mirror processing service. Thickness of the processed glass is from 4 to 10mm.

• cutting to a particular size required by customer
• figured cutting, technological cutting
• straight and curvilinear edging: grinding, polishing
• drilling and hole chamfering
• legend and image application on glass (mechanical engraving, decorative film pasting)
• glass film pasting — tinted, mat and high-impact films
  

Tempered glass production:

Glass thermal processing is executed at North Glass tempering furnace.
An automatic system of furnace control makes it possible to save and afterwards to reproduce glass tempering regimes for all previously performed orders. The furnace also allows tempering glass with «hard» coating.

• Maximum sizes — 2 400×3 660mm
• Minimum sizes — 300×300mm
• Glass thickness — 4—19mm

• Minimum sizes of articles — 300×300mm

• Minimum bend radius — 1200mm
