Laminated building glass SG Laminate, laminated glass (production)

Laminated glass of building purpose or laminated building glass SG Laminate — two or more glass sheets attached together with polyvinyl butyral film or polymeric composition.

Such glass refers to safety glass: it is quite difficult to break it and even if it breaks, glass pieces do not shatter, but remain attached to the film, which prevents people from traumatizing.

Laminated glass SG Laminate can be produced from different types of glass and can be used in insulating glass structure. Unique building and interiors can be constructed with application of laminated glass SG Laminate — laminated building glass is used for production of glass floors, ceilings, structural walls etc.

We produce flat and bent laminated building glass. SG Laminate is produced with film technology using PVB films and further pasting in autoclave under a particular temperature and pressure regime.     The following glass types are used for laminated building glass SG Laminate production: clear float-glass patterned tinted tempered enamelled reflective thermal control
