Digital glass printing

Digital printing — covering of a flat glass surface with colour images by means of the inkjet printer with the digital GlassJet printing quality (Israel).

Special baked ceramic ink is used for image printing; it is specially developed for the GlassJet printer. Coated glass is subjected to tempering; ink is fired into glass and becomes its part.  An applied image does not vanish, cannot be scrubbed away, does not lose colour and becomes resistant to atmospheric precipitation. These qualities allow using tempered glass with a printed image not only for an interior, but also for an exterior application.
